Jason Ziebart-
Jason is another of our newer additions, having joined us approximately 2 years ago. Jason has a background in manufacturing. Having been a business owner himself, Jason carries a strong dedication to customer service. His speciality is in the tile and hardwood fields, but he is experienced in all aspects of the floor covering industry.

Jesse Ferguson-
Jesse has an extensive university education with studies in Education, and Chemical, Mechanical and Computer Engineeering. He began in the flooring business in 1999 and specializes in all aspects of both commercial and residential flooring materials.

Kevin Elsom-
Kevin is an Island local, having graduated from G.P. Vanier High School in Courtenay as well as 2 years at Camosun College. Kevin has been with Island Floor Centre for over 20 years. He specializes in both commercial and residential sales. Some notable projects he has worked on are St. Michaels University, The Bay Centre, Arbutus Ridge Housing and DND.

Bob English-
Bob started in the flooring business in England selling Axminsters and Wiltons. He moved to Canada in 1974 and worked for a leading flooring company in Victoria for over 10 years as contract manager. He also worked for Harding Carpets prior to joining Island Floor Centre in 1987.

Herb has served his loyal customers for the past 25 years with Island Floor Centre. Herbs specialty is new residential construction and property management. His long list of repeat customers is a testament to his commitment to providing quality finishes for a reasonable price.

John Bradasch-
John grew up in Victoria and attended Victoria High School. John has been involved in the floor covering industry for over 30 years. He has been with Island Floor Centre for the past 12 years as a major project coordinator, handling ceramics, natural stone tile, carpets, granite tops and hardwood floors.

Erwin Nykamp-
Erwin recently joined the team at Island Floor Centre as the General Sales Manager after 25 plus years working as a wholesale representative, first for a Canadian mill followed by a US manufacturing firm. His speciality is primarily carpets, both residential and commercial. As well, Erwin has extensive experience in sales, marketing and management.

Dayle Marion-
Dayle has been with Island Floor Centre for 5 years and has been in the flooring industry for 8 years. Dayle has a degree in journalism and also a background in art. Taking her flooring experience and combining this with her art background, Dayle is well qualified in helping consumers find the "look" they are looking for in flooring.

Vince has been in the flooring industry for 30 years, working all areas of the business including installations, business ownership and sales. Vince joined the IFC team 8 years ago and has worked on a variety of projects including Shoal Point, Tillicum Mall, Esquimalt Pool and Bear Mountain Clubhouse. Vince brings to all his projects a vast knowledge of the flooring industry, specializing in stone and ceramic tile.

Dave is another veteran having been involved in the flooring industry for over 40 years. Dave joined the Island Floor Centre team 3 years ago as a commercial specialist and has had success in some major projects including the Magnolia Hotel, Corizon, and Victoria Golf Club.
