About the project
Maplewood Walk was a selection of 8 townhouses by Island Outlook Developments. A light grey laminate flooring was used for the main living areas to provide durability and give a contemporary feel. The flooring in the bedrooms was a soft, plush carpet that stopped at the ensuites where a contemporary, striped porcelain tile was used to create a pop for the space.
