Joining us in 2015, Sean brings a unique combination of sales and management experience to Island Floor Centre. A former territory representative for a floor manufacturing partner with management experience in manufacturing and banking, Sean has called Victoria home for over 10 years, and fosters strong relationships in the local community.
Installation Manager
Randy has been working in the flooring since 1978, joining our team in 1988. Graduating with a tile and stone apprenticeship from the Pacific Vocational Institute in 1980, Randy’s experience is expansive, bringing depth and breadth of product knowledge to all things tile and stone.

John brings over 20 years experience in the flooring industry to our commercial projects. Joining the team in 1995, he has managed high-profile projects and works with multiple types of flooring including, but limited to, ceramics, natural stone tile, carpet and hardwood.

Joining the team in 1986, Kevin is a seasoned flooring expert and commercial specialist. He brings years of experience to every project with incomparable product knowledge and installation expertise.

Jesse joined the team in 2004, bringing with him a breadth of product knowledge and installation expertise. Specializing in residential flooring and property management, he works extensively with homeowners and general contractors.

Hailing from the UK, Brian moved to Victoria in 2015, bringing with him 35 years experience in flooring. Since joining the team, he’s proven himself both a flooring expert and a stickler for quality customer service.

Specializing in custom homes and renovations, Richard began his flooring career over 20 years ago in Whistler. With years of experience, expansive product knowledge and an eye for detail, Richard joined the team in 2012, staying on top of current flooring and wall treatment trends.

Jan began working in the local tile industry in 2003, opening his own business and learning all aspects of supplying and installing flooring. Working with a myriad of flooring types across residential and commercial construction, Jan’s experience runs the gamut, and he has been a valued sales rep since joining the team in 2014.

Joining the team in 2013, Jon has been in the flooring industry since 2003; after finishing his installation apprenticeship, he owned and managed a local flooring installation company. Today, his experience is an invaluable asset to our sales force, informing our the success of residential and commercial projects.

After spending 5 years as a Foreman for a civil construction company and running his own tile installation business with fellow IFC sales team member Jan, Dustin is now apart of the IFC team. His knowledge of the construction process is vast and is ready to help IFC clients from conception to completion on their own flooring related construction projects.

Brenda comes to Island Floors having worked in interior design and flooring for over 10 years. Her creative integrity and ability to pull a room together aligns her talents with any clients wish list. When Brenda isn’t planning your next home she’s traveling with her husband and gardening with her mother.
